[Hannah] Yesterday's Gazpacho

Mmm, gazpacho is always better the second day. I picked this one kind of at random from the 80,000 on the internet and then changed it some more. It was very good!

Blend:

-12 oz can tomato juice
-3 large tomatoes
-1 cucumber
-2 red peppers
-1 red onion
-4 cloves raw garlic
-1/2 cup of cilantro (at least!)
-1/2 cup vinegar (the recipes all say red wine or balsamic, but balsamic will ruin your soup color and I had no red wine, so I used apple cider and it was fine)
-2 slices of white bread, crust removed (really! it makes a really good texture)
-2 tablespoons olive oil
-salt
-hot sauce

Chill and serve! That's it!
