Wow! What a great cucumber! (I'm assuming it is a cucumber). I suggest you slice it up, squeeze 1 or 2 limes over it, and sprinkle it with salt and chile powder. YUM! A Cuban friend once told me, "You Mexicans ruin everything with your lime juice and chile powder." Anyway, great job Zed... Buen Provecho!
Atsa bigun! When they're big like that, I peel and cut the thing in strips and cut off the 'roe', throw them in a skillet and stir fry them to add to pasta and such.
