A very easy dinner

This was simple but unexpectedly satisfying:

Boil some lo mein noodles.
Steam some broccoli.
Cook some stir-fry style beef.
Mince 2 scallion stalks.

Mix together. While the pasta is still hot, mix up this sauce and add it in:

3 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons vinegar
3 tablespoons chicken stock
1 tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon brown sugar
pepper to taste
